Diving conditions in El Hierro are unbeatable: 30 to 40 metres visibility, temperature of the water between 18ºC during winter and up to 24ºC in summer. Marine life involves a large variety of subtropical creatures, including some lucky encounters with big pelagic such us devil rays, whales or sharks.
In el Hierro you can enjoy all types of dives, from the most quite, shallow dives to the ones that require a minimum level of experience due to great depths and strong currents.
We organice trips every day, diving twice in the morning: at 9.30 and 11.30. Although these timings are just orientative, we guarantee daily diving trips no matter the number of divers, being able to reschedule the number of dives and times down to request.
Most of the dive sites are very close to the harbor in La Restinga. All dives will be boat dives with sites suited to all levels of divers all-year-round. As it’s a Marine Reserve, only a boat a time is allowed on any site which assures an almost exclusive private diving.
Occasionally we organice trips to other areas of the island when the weather conditions are ideal for it, such as La Caleta, Roques de Salmor, Roque Bonanza or Baja Nacon.
